I am experienced in sales strategy and operations, customer account management, complaint resolution, and marketing strategies for lead generation. Additionally, I have organized successful events and workshops, and have a digital marketing background that includes search engine optimization and keyword targeting for online brand visibility. My writing skills have produced effective copy for various channels, such as social media posts, email campaigns, print ads and web banners. I have also participated in advertising programs and gained skills in creative storytelling, media and performance, PR and communications and brand strategy.
