I'm a people-person, passionate to help people explore and identify their potentials to lead a better life. I am a lifelong learner and have recently embarked on the coaching journey to acquire the International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach credentialling. 

Coupled with a degree in human resource management, with over 10 years experience in HR , Training, Development and Facilitation, and with the transferable skills such as communication and presentation skills and the coaching know-how, I am confident to add value to this Career Consultant position.

I was the Head of Human Resources, with full spectrum HR management including training, development, and facilitation. In addition, I have 4 years of experience as a Senior Manager in Education, Curriculum, and Training. Was a Team Lead overseeing the Content and Curriculum Development of a team of 4.
