About Namita Kashyap:
I am a STEM Educator with over 6 years of teaching experience in educating both primary and secondary school students at various local and international schools. I am passionate about teaching and can easily connect with students. My ability to cater to diverse range of students in a variety of settings enables me to create interesting curriculum for different levels and allows me to thrive in challenging environments.
I have completed all the requirements for Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL) awarded by CAIE, UK and awaiting results.
As an enthusiastic STEM educator, I conduct robotics and hands-on technology related lessons using various robotics tools and platforms through which the students get immersed in the world of Science, Mathematics, Information and Technology to inculcate 21st century skillset in them. I use the structured approach of design thinking for open-ended projects to generate potential solutions for the challenges in the community. I use a range of innovative methods for the different steps of design thinking and get to see how students use creativity in solving the problems. I also groom students for coding and robotics competitions. One of the elements of national level robotics competition like First Lego League (FLL) and National Robotics Competition (NRC) is real-world problem solving, where I adopt design thinking process for fun and exciting hands-on activities.
