I have 11 years of working experience in the Admininstrative department. Currently, most of my job duties consists of printing, scanning, lamination, processing mails / sort and distribute to the respective departments, courier parcel / documents both international and local. Dispatch and collection of confidential documents, corresponding to emails. Answer and direct phone calls. Maintain filing system for easy tracking. Assist Finance to prepare staff claim,update staff annual, sick leave, simple data entry, bring confidential documents for Bank verification. Ensure smooth running of the office such as office equipments e.g. Aircon, Photocopy machine are in working order, ensure sufficient paper for printing and, any other matter that requires immediate attention. Also upkeeping and maintaining the neatness of work areas at all times. Other duties as assigned by the Manager and respective departments.
