  1. Manage lab operation and supervise a team of five technicians. Process owner for ellipsometer, furnaces, auto titration, IRLST and uPCD.  
  2. Implementation of physical testing techniques and standard operating procedures. Conduct investigation and report any deviation of lab measurement. 
  3. Monitoring stability of tools and processes by using SPC. Document review of FMEA. Conduct calibration and GRR of tool.
