I have 8 years experiences in Myanmar with the responsibilities of my previous employment as Site Engineer cum Drafter and QA QC Engineer which I described in my resume in detail.

I was graduated in B.E (Civil) from Kyaukse Technology University in Myanmar. Capacity wise I am an experienced user of AutoCAD (Tinder Project), BIM Revit, and M.S office tools.

During my experience, I have gained problem solving skills, interpersonal relation and practical application of engineering theories. I chose Engineering Profession because I have strong passion and hobby in construction of High-rise building, Infrastructures, Interior Designs, Condominium Project and I always wanted to upgrade my skills and knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making bill of quantity and supervise and inspect the project to meet design specifications and standard quality.
• Managing and buying construction materials and labor management.
• Making project’s progress presentations to Senior Engineer.
• Retrofitting and decoration of Condominium.
• Prepare work schedule and analyze what type of job should be performed in daily.
• Preparation and calculation of project expenses and outfit.
• Road construction and pavement supervision.
• Site inspection, planning and other site activities.
• Monitor & coordinate project progress.
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
• Ensuring that the site works are completed with high quality standards and adhering to safety requirements throughout the project.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/ vendors/ internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
