Experience

Project Manager shall head the entire Project Management Team, establish, and issue all directives for the successful completion of the Project and manages the PMT under the direction of Contractor’s Executive Committee. Project Manager shall also be responsible for and represent the Contractor in executing this Project and maintain official contact and close communication with the Client, government bodies and other external parties involved with the project. (EPC - Mechanical, Piping, Process, Civil, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation)

  · Manage communication and reporting across all internal Project team members and external stakeholders. 

  · Foster teamwork and cooperation within the Project and with stakeholders.

  · Leadership and managerial skills, decision making, accountable to meet commitments. 

  · Good communicator who can clearly express expectations and get the best out of people.

 

· Leads and manages a multi-functional construction team. 

 

· Overall responsible for safety, quality execution, and timely completion of the entire project 

 

· Reviews and manages all jobs required for execution. 

 

· Ensures all crafts required by various groups, e.g., Inspection, Operations, Process Technical, HSSE, etc, are incorporated into the detailed work schedule. 

 

· Implement any approved additional work. 

 

· Leads and manages a team consists of Work/Job Pack Engineers, Planning Engineers, Costing Engineer and Procurement Officer and etc. 

 

· Overall responsible in 

 

 § - Manpower and Equipment loading. 

 § - Construction Cost Estimates 

 § - Developing Work/Job Packages 

 § - Plan and Coordinates resource requirements 

 § - Maintain records for Materials and Consumables 

 § - Prepare Construction Schedule 

 § - Monitor Schedule and updates Progress Status 

 § - Progress Billing and Invoicing
