• All Windows servers and services in Data Centre includes connecting appliances Equipment.
• All Regional Services Like (Active Directory) AD/ Read Only Active Directory, Skype for business (SFB) or Microsoft Team SCCM (System Center configuration Manager) ePO (McAfee ePolicy Orchestrate), O365 (Office 365), SCOM (System Centre Operating Management), WSUS (Windows Server Update Services), Microsoft Bitlockers, VMWARE, Microsoft Microsoft HyperV, McAFee webfilter including all windows operating system administration.
• On site and remote support of Main office.
• Patching of Prod/Non-prod systems on a regular basis.
• Office 365
• VPN Services
• Skype for Business, Microsoft TEAM, Communication and related Services
• All Data Center Facilities include UPS, Cooling, Electrical Equipment, EMS and etc (Monitoring and basic routine check only)
• Data Center infrastructure availability monitoring
• Monitor the performance of the computer systems and address issues as they arise.
• Install computer hardware and software on desktops to keep versions current.
• Initiate and complete Microsoft Windows server operating system updates.
• Extensive troubleshooting in installation and configuration of Windows
Operating System; Disk Configuration and Installation and configuration of
DNS and Active Directory; Systems Policy and Group Policy; System Back-up
and Recovery; Windows Performance Tuning and Windows server.

• Assisted in firewall maintenance throughout the network environment
to maintain a secure system.
• All Network zones within Data Centre, connected sites to Data Center and
Disaster Recovery Site. (Disaster Recovery site day to day administration is
done by the respective DR service provider.)
• Wireless LAN
• WAN (Internet/MPLS/SD-WAN Administration and Monitoring)
• Firewall administration and support
• Point to point connections between FBAP Data Center and remote sites
• URL Filtering
• Vailability Management and Administration
• Cloud Network Management and Administration
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Maintains current
knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned.
• Experience in Networking, Routing and Switching.
• Create and maintain network users/permissions.
• Completed password changes and supplied active directory support.
• Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational skills.
• Update & Maintain IT Inventory Record.
• Assist in setting up workstation, Network, Equipment, scheduling &
monitoring IT equipment.
• Ensuring licensing for all software purchased is recorded and maintained
• Participate in projects/activities to support improvement initiatives.
• Good LAN/WAN/Wireless/VoIP Tools: SolarWinds.
• Good Networking skills: Linux, Router, Switch L2, Switch L3, Wireless, VoIP.
• Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing skill(s) level(s) according
to future technology trends.

• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and
kept up to date
• Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in extended hours and perform standby duty after office
hour.
• Support Desktop, Notebook, Printers and other hardware components.
• Experience in Mac OS and Microsoft OS Support and Troubleshooting
Preferred.
• Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS
Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, Internet browser, MS Outlook,
etc.
• Involved in Projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.
• Troubleshooting Hardware and software issues.
