Involves active communication, understanding how to manage the kids, helping them develop routines and habits while providing them a structure to improve their lifestyle holistically. Mental fortitude, respect and discipline is fostered through the program.

Part time Group Fitness Instructor- Monitor and increase/ decrease exercise intensity with Myzone heart rate monitoring systems
