A seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience working with property corporations including a major listed property investment, management and development group and the property arm of a diversified conglomerate.

Held various senior roles including Senior Business Development Manager/Country Head, and Director, Asset Management.

Strong industry network and experience in direct investment and asset management in multiple asset classes (residential, commercial, industrial, retail and hospitality) across the Asia Pacific region (China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore). 

Experience

  • Led the acquisition of a mixed-use development site at Northumberland Road, Singapore, for S$446m via a public tender in Apr 2021. The 407-units residential with retail component development, Piccadilly Grand, is currently 84% sold since launch in May 2022;

 

  • Led the acquisition of a condominium development site at Tengah Garden Walk, Singapore, for S$400m via a public tender in May 2021. The 639-units development, Copen Grand was launched in Oct 2022 and fully sold;

 

  • Advised on the underwriting for the acquisition of an industrial site at Berkasi (Jakarta), Indonesia. The site was acquired at US$130 million in 2018. The 3-storey warehouse with a GFA of 2.2 million square feet, Logos Interchange Logistics Hub, was expected to be completed in 2H 2023;

 

  • Underwrote and responsible for the performance of Nirwana Gardens, a hospitality development at Bintan Island, Indonesia, from acquisition through operations at S$32 million in 1995 – 1997;

 

  • Underwrote and responsible for the performance of an existing 3-star hotel in Kunming, China, from acquisition, A&A works and operations for S$30 million in 1995;

 

  • Underwrote and responsible for the performance of an existing 80-rooms hotel at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for S$50 million in 1996; and 

 

  • Assisted the COO in the mega asset enhancement of Suntec City Mall and Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre from 2011 to 2013 at an estimated cost of S$410 million.
