Upon discovering the requirement for a new Compliance Specialist at your company, I was excited to

 Develop and implement tracking procedures to ensure that the employees complete the 
compulsory compliance training.
 Assist the compliance officer in providing a feedback report to the management division of the 
company
 Carry out a risk assessment.
 All operation aspects related to all applicable Laws, Regulations and Internal policies
relating to FinancialCrime Compliance.
 Preparation of EDD and KYC Reports as and when required based on the complexity
of transactions andcustomers involved and having same referred to the relevant
Regulatory Bodies if deemed required.
 Reviewing of World Check/Acuity reports when referredto compliance clearance.
 Preparation of customer KYC details/Mandates, Accountstatements alone with all other 
account opening documents when inquired by courts, CID, Srilanka Custom, FIU, etc.
 Act as the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) coordinate ensuring all matters relating to
the FIU are acted upon ina timely and accurate manner. 
 Submission of/Reviews of STRs submitted to the FIU and responding to subsequent
information requests receivedby the FIU relating to STR submitted.
 Reporting CTR, EFT In and EFT out to FIU accurately and on time.
