A self-motivated and dedicated graduate in social work, who is passionate to play a vital role in helping the vulnerable explore alternative solutions and receive timely support. My experience includes working with various stakeholders from different backgrounds to provide a holistic solution for their needs. I have empowered clients to strive through their adversities by identifying their strengths and provided resources for their advancements. 

Fluent in English and Tamil, a firm believer for lifelong learning, I have also picked up simple conversational Chinese and Malay, equipping with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am now seeking an opportunity to leverage on my strengths and passion to excel in my career. 

• Cost effective community engagement design and implementation of events/programs. 
• Familiar with national wide healthcare programs, and with ability to align and solicit resources and funding.
• Proficient in case management, with cross divisions and cross agencies coordination. 
• Effective motivator with the ability to interact and empathize with stakeholders, caregivers, family members and volunteers. 
• Conversant in healthcare and eldercare knowledge, and government grants/schemes e.g., Elder shield, IDAPE, Silver Support Scheme for seniors.
• Able to work independently and effectively with a team.
• Empathetic, able to build good working relationships with clients. 
• IT Skills: Proficient with the use of MS Office, Able to handle accounts and related systems such as SAP, 

ACE & G-FAST, Knowledge and use of Volunteer Management System (VMS).
