With over 10 years of experience in the engineering and building industry, I am a passionate and proactive Snr HSE Coordinator at Topmast Engineering PTE Ltd, a leading provider of engineering solutions and services. My mission is to implement and maintain best practice health and safety standards for the business, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements, and enhancing the safety culture and performance of the organization.

I have a strong background in mechanical engineering, as well as multiple certifications in occupational health and safety, such as NEBOSH International Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, Safe Management Officers Course, and Work At Height Assessors. I have developed and demonstrated skills and expertise in workplace safety, industrial safety, toolbox, risk assessment, hazard identification, safety audits, safety training, safety management, and safety documentation. I am also proficient in using various software tools and systems to facilitate and streamline safety processes and reporting. • Responsible for the company and field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines including review, updates and recommendations. 

• Ensure workplace/site is fully comply of the relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health Act (WSHA) and Environmental regulations and proper documentation of all safety records not limiting to certificates, notices and correspondences. 

• Assist in ISO45000 Audit, Accident or Incident Investigation and Certification renewal 

• Account for investigating, analysing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence during work process and recommends means of preventing recurrence 

• Organize safety meeting and safety briefing and toolbox meeting at site/office including safety training. 

• Prepare and review all Risk Assessment together with project management team. 

• Identify and assess Risk Assessment and measures for improvement 

• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance. 

• Report incidents and accidents to management and maintain of project accident statistics. 

• Handle all safety issues and routines at site including company level. 

• Liaises with Consultants and enforcement agencies on WSH issues. 

• Train the contractors and employees on ESH related matters e.g. Work Permits, Site Induction, Occupational Health and Emergency Response 

• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and subcontractors. 

• To lead and supervise all WAH activities. 

• To lead and manage all safety, scaffolding and lifting team.

 • Support night work activities when activated 

• To assist with the management of WSH programmer and promote awareness to all stakeholders.
