Reworked PCBs using soldering and wiring to test samples for Toyota’s communication system; Conducted Q-Current failure analysis using microscope, oscilloscope, multimeter, and thermal camera; Tested PCB samples for Toyota using CAN simulation software and custom built switchboard;
Set up hardware equipment for testing by quality assurance lab;

Mapped schematic to PCB drawing using PCB viewer to rework components for further testing;
