• Set up process parameters on newly installed or backup tools based on optimal parameter search and data
collection, to prevent line-stop when equipment is down.
• Investigated deviations in SPC parameters or yield issue to determine the root causes by data mining and applying
knowledge in photolithography.
• Implemented solutions to resolve deviations or line issue by collaborating with other team(s).
• Reviewed process data after maintenance works or process enhancement to ensure process performance by
evaluating test results.
• Executed special engineer recipe and instructions to collect data for quality and throughput improvements efforts.
