• Co-created a pioneering Retail Playbook as a source of truth for our 4 existing and 1 upcoming global market to benchmark operational standards, still in use today.
• Rolled-out new POS system, business scoping with 4 country markets and 7 departments for vendor to optimise new POS to their requirements.

Sound of Art, Communications and Business Ops Intern May 2022 - Jul 2022

• Ideated, organised Building Our Kampung!, an event generating over $7500 for New Hope Community Services.
• Launched collaboration with Livspace, liaising with 15 artists to obtain details for over 29 artworks.
• Devised new data management system for sale records and customer information (Google Apps Script)
• Managed regular sales and all socials on IG, FB, Linkedin and company blog.

NUS Centre For the Arts, Programming and Marketing Assistant Apr 2020 - Jan 2022

• Implemented 3 programs for the first online HERE! Arts Carnival (2020).
• Co-led the inaugural Build-a-Bridge collaborative project which is now in its 3rd iteration, liaising between 12 pairs of NUS and migrant worker artists.
• Initiated research pilot to improve the effectiveness of arts events' marketing to students during Covid-19 period.
