As a current student in the Diploma of Customer Experience Management with Business at Republic Polytechnic, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service skills and strategies. Through my past experience and internships, I have proven my ability to establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships with customers.

One of my key strengths is my dedication to identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions to all problems. I understand that excellent customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business, and I am committed to providing a positive and memorable experience to every customer I interact with. Additionally, I also possess excellent time management skills and a deep understanding of the customer service industry. I am familiar with various tools and technologies used in the industry, and I stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

In addition to my vast customer service experience, I am also an eCommerce entrepreneur, in the early stages of building my business. I built my website from scratch and i'm currently using social media platforms to market and promote my products. I am constantly experimenting with new marketing strategies and channels to reach even more potential customers.

1. The American Club (Internship)

-Attend to all member queries, concerns, feedback, and requests via phone, 
email, and face-to-face. 
-Welcome members and guests warmly and ensure deliverance of service 
language
-Assists walk-in members, transfers phone calls, and help members and guest 
with their inquiries at the concierge
-Coordinate emergencies and incidents calmly by performing PA 
announcements and calling ambulance/police

2. Bar 8 Paradiso (Part-Time)

-Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
-Take accurate drink and food orders, input them into the POS system, and prepare and serve drinks
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
-Handle payments and monitor customer behavior to ensure a positive experience for all.

3. Bridal makeup and hairstylist (Part-Time)
-Freelanced bridal makeup and hairdo jobs for weddings and fashion photoshoots with my cousin during the holidays

4. Grid Sales Promoter (Part-Time)

-Served as an enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales promoter in the mobile line industry.
-Distributed flyers and acted as a human billboard to source new sales opportunities.
-Introduced our company to instill trust and increase brand awareness.
-Attracted new customers to join our mobile plan and encouraged current customers to remain loyal

Bugatti sales promoter (Part-Time)

-Sales promoter for NTUC Bugatti booth
-Identify and approach potential customers to promote the products
-Demonstrating the products in use and highlighting features and benefits of purchase to expand Bugatti's customer base

Aegis Resource Management (Part-Time)

-Served as a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress.
-Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction
