As a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the education sector, my expertise spans beyond the traditional classroom environment to encompass client portfolio management, project management, and training department administration. Additionally, I have a strong passion for nurturing my personal life, and take great pride in being a dedicated mother to two wonderful children. During my free time, I enjoy exploring new recipes in the kitchen and getting lost in the pages of a good book.

As a Training & Operations Manager at Techstorm PTE LTD in Singapore, I was responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of two training centres. This included overseeing the delivery of training programs and meeting the needs of all stakeholders. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Admin, Finance, Sales, Curriculum, and Training, I developed and delivered high-quality course materials to meet the needs of learners and customers.

I built strong relationships with MOE schools, providing customized training programs and support for school projects, students, and teachers. Additionally, I trained and developed trainers to deliver competition-based training, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery. I fostered strong relationships with local and overseas partners from China and Indonesia, successfully driving product sales and delivering effective training programs that met the needs of customers and partners.

In managing the student registration database, I used Excel to create, maintain and manage the student registration database and Google Classroom to maintain student portfolios for 50+ students. I also coordinated and successfully executed the STEMCares CSR Project, which involved planning and conducting 15 workshops in tandem with more than 5 SSOs, funded by Sg Eco Fund. I utilised Excel to create and maintain a database for 900+ leads and conducted data analysis to track consumer sign-up trends, successful conversion, and renewal rates. Finally, I identified and implemented multiple SOPs for various aspects of the centre's operations.
