I have 17 years of HR experience working in the UK, India and Singapore as Senior HR Business Partner and have gained various transferrable skills such as, leading on workforce planning, designing recruitment initiatives and retention strategies, managing employee relations, implementing HRIS to bring in efficiencies, performance management and coaching the managers on a range of people issues and building positive culture by conducting engagement and benefit surveys.
I am also an expert in writing HR Policies and procedures and have written a wide range of HR policies in EMEA and more recently, for APAC regions- Singapore, Australia, Japan, China, India and HK.
