Philippines (April 21, 2021 – Present)

I am part of conducting feasibility studies of Proposed Hydro Power Plant especially in

Kalinga Province, Laguna and Cebu Province. I am the onewho in-charge in computation

and collecting the data needed in Hydrology ofthe Project. I am also doing the Civil 3D/Cad

works and generating DEM files on

Global Mapper to get the catchment area, river bed

profile, cross section profile of the river and the elevation of the mountain for the design. Also, I

am preparing the concept design drawings of the project especially the DAM and powerhouse.

I am preparing Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantities as per the design needed and also I do

the canvassing and purchasing of materials and equipment that will be used in the project.

I am the project in charge on the site and preparing target schedules and monitor the

special activities such as actual survey of the site and manual stream gauging of the river.

I am also part in coordinating with the local people especially their government officials to

have courtesy call when we will be having an activity on their place. Also, we are also

negotiating to the local people who will be affected by the project.

 Quantity Surveyor at Samitrade Incorporated

Philippines (May 02, 2018 – April 20, 2021)

Samitrade incorporated is a supplier and fabricator of marble and granite. As a

Quantity Surveyor / Autocad Operator of the company, I do estimation of areas of facade of

the building, interior and exterior walls, flooring, kitchen countertops, lavatory vanity, and

ledges and other miscellaneous items as per plan and as peras-built condition. I do quantify

needed stones and aggregates that will be used for the project. I do also prepare shop drawings

and cut list of stones using AutoCAD. Also preparing as-built when the project was already done

for reconciliation of the budget.

 Cost Engineer at Global Comfort Group Corporation (GCGC)

(January 17, 2018 – April 30, 2018)

As a Cost engineer and Quantity surveyor of GCGC, I am in-charge ofprocurement for

the selection of contractors for renovation of rooms, repainting & cleaning of Façade,

retrofitting of kitchen and additional rooms of Sogo Hotels and Astrotel Hotels. I am also

involved in price canvassing of several construction products from the accredited suppliers

that served as a referencein making in-house budget proposals. I am coordinating with the

suppliers / contractors who are joining the pre-bid meeting and discuss what will be the scope

I am in-charge in making plans using BIM based on the specifications and requirements

given by the client to ensure and accurate and an efficient output of the project.
