 I am writing you to apply for the position of BIM Modeller, Quantity Surveyor or Project Site Engineer. My Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer degree in Construction Science and years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, 3D Modelling, Shop Drawing and Site Engineer experience have taught me the skills I need to make an impact at your organization.

BIM Modelling & Shop drawing - as Multi discipline modeller, I have experience of preparation of 3D model using Autodesk Revit software and converting of model into 2D shop drawing. I’m also in-charge for highlighting any issue that I found in the model from different trade. with the Model, also generate the material quantity schedule for Qs use.

 Quantity Surveyor – In-charge for billing of materials, coordination between client and supplier, product and cost comparison, contract of scope of work. i been involve for a Qs work from my previous company as part of scope for granite and marble installation.

 Site Engineer – In-charge for gathering the data on site, attending meeting with local government for the Hydro Electric Power plant. I’m also involve of Design planning for the proposed project per province. I lead the meeting between local government and contractor including the monitoring of progress and execution of the project.

 Overall, I am flexible with any type of job. In relation to my experience. as a leader, I always make sure that my team is working on the same guideline and direction to achieve the main goal of the project.
