My name is Wayne, and I graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy. I have a total of 2 years and 9 months of experience specializing in the Auditing field. My responsibilities have included the preparation of financial statements, supervising and guiding associates, managing expectations between clients and managers, and staying updated on current financial markets and IFRS. My industry experience encompasses consumer products, logistics, and manufacturing. Currently, seeking roles in accounting and FP&A towards FMCG, I aim to apply my knowledge to contribute to organisational success humbly.

Managing audit engagements which include initial engagement planning, analysis of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentation and management letters and reports and monitoring of engagement progress against budget and timeline.

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits for assigned clients. Develop an understanding of client operations, processes, and internal controls. Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to senior management. Prepare financial statements and related disclosures according to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Analyze complex transactions and account balances, communicating issues highlighted to higher management for discussion and proposed solutions. Research technical accounting issues and document conclusions.

Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members. Participate in business development activities such as proposal preparation and presentations Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely, high-quality service, ensure business continuity and business success. 

Demonstrate knowledge of audit methodologies, tools, and techniques. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and professional standards.
