 Managed cross-border procurement for million-dollar power projects.
 Led EPC tenders and procurement strategies for power and energy infrastructure; coordinated with Industry Partners.
 Oversaw supplier negotiations, contract drafting, and FAT for critical power components
 Initiated and executed business strategic plans relating to sourcing, procurement, supplier relationship management, project management, financing and budgeting.
 Led day-to-day management of all operational and procurement matters, including negotiation of bank credit facilities. Work with project team and suppliers. 
 Managed end-to-end bidding, contract negotiations, and supplier engagement to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
