A Mechanical Engineering Fraduate Currently working in the semiconductor industry

- Process Owner Electrofill Copper Deposition & PVD TaNTa & Copper Seed Process. 
- Advise Shift Process Engineer on lot disposition, parameter tuning and on the necessary procedure to be followed in the event of abnormality.
- Perform internal administrative documentation work involve module/tool such setting up DPQ System for Module Qualification, PCMS for request involving Automation, CRB request for any material change or recipe transfer with management and QA.
- Daily SPC (Statistical Process Chart), FDC (Fault Detection Chart), ESTAR alarm monitoring, retargeting and set up. 
- Work together with Equipment Owner to improve module's performance, cost and uptime.
- Lead and advice technician and operation on SOP of tool/module

Mechanical Engineering Degree from University Technology Petronas
