About Zhou ZhiGang:

My name is Zhou ZhiGang.  I am from China Guangxi.  I have been working in Singapore for the past 4 years as a Kitchen Assistant in a Bangladesh restaurant.  Currently I am working as a Chef in an Italian food stall inside Singapore Polytechnic's food court.   When I was in China, I was working as a Chef in a local hotel for 7 years.  I started off as a Commis Chef.  I have also run my own business selling Liuzhou Luo Si Fen for 3 years plus. I am sincere, positive, reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, respect and get along well with my colleagues in the kitchen/front office.  In addition, I am able to multi-task.  I am also a strong believer in being punctual for my job.

  1. I have worked in a Bangladesh restaurant as a Kitchen Assistant for 4 years in Singapore.
  2. Currenly I am working as a Chef in an Italian food stall inside a food court in S'pore Polytechnic.
  3. I have worked as a Chef in a Chinese restaurant for 7 years in China Guangxi.
  4. I was a supervisor in a fresh food department for 2 years in China Guangxi.

  6. I become an entrepreneur in Jan 2005 and runs an herbal tea chain store together with my friend.
  7. Then I joined hotel industry in 2007 and worked in various hotels for nearly 7 years.
  8. I become a sole proprietor in Oct 2014 operating a Liuzhou specialty Luo Si Fen store.
