Description
We are looking for Customer Support Executive to support our operations.Minimum Diploma of any Engineering fieldFresh grads may apply, training providedJob Responsibilities:
- Handle customer Industrial product enquiries provide correct product specification to customers.
- Support current projects and provide solution to customer requirement.
- Provide Support to customer's production & maintenance department.
- Quality checking on product received conforms to customer product specification.
- Communicate well with suppliers for correct product specifications and issues. Provide Sales and support to customers.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/EEE/Engineering. Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial/Production. Fluent in EXCEL spreadsheet and computer software program
- Good communications skills and customer service mindset. Independent, Responsible, Self Starter and Result Driven.
- Permanent positiom
- Training will be provided
- Fresh grads welcome to apply
- Required to work in office (no WFH arrangement)
- Can Start immediately
