    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

    • Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
    • Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
    • Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
    • Handle ad hoc duties as and when required

    Job Requirements:

    • Pleasant and cheerful personality
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft words, excel, outlet). SAP knowledge will be advantageous
    • Willing to perform overtime ,weekends and public holidays
    • Candidates with customer service experience will be considered favorably
