Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Collaborate with Clients to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
To attract qualified candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
Foster relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to reduce hiring time for open positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate job offers and finalize hiring processes.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
CEI Certification is a MUST
Min 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of labor legislation and employment market trends.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
