[What the role is]
You will be a member of the Procurement Team in NParks.

Your work roles include managing and administering procurement-related IT systems, initiating change management to optimize system efficiency and maintaining system integrations.

You should have a keen sense of the User Experience (UX) for stakeholders and be able to translate these UX requirements into viable solutions.


You are required to have adequate government procurement knowledge and provide consultation to stakeholders on technical matters for procurement-related IT systems.

You are also required to perform data analysis to enable data-driven decision on procurement strategies and recommend follow up actions.


[What we are looking for]

  • Degree in Computer/Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines with analytical skillset
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in implementation of government procurementrelated IT systems such as ACE-SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.
  • Sound understanding of system engineering and information security, with adequate knowledge of government procurement policies and practices
  • Good project management and vendor management skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Meticulous, conscientious and with good reasoning skills
  • Independent, selfdriven and selfmotivated
