    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Act as a point of contact between teams within the organisation and other forms of communication to ensure smooth operations and collaborations.

    Responsible for organising and maintaining databases, filing systems, and other records to ensure easy access to information when needed.

    Providing administrative support to various initiatives within the organisation.

    Conduct research on government grants, etc.

    Attend to ad-hoc audit requests.

    Any other tasks as required by the Management.

    Competencies

    Proficiency in managing and consistently meeting diverse deadlines.

    Attentive to details, self-driven and flexible personality.

    High resilience and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

    *This position is a long-term part-time position.

    *4 half-days, 1 full-day a week (tbc).

    *Flexible working hours/ Remote Working.
