As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the overall success of the corporate sales business.

You will also -

Set and execute an aggressive client acquisition strategy for corporate clients to generate revenue
Recruit, coach, inspire, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets for corporate sales
Identify, develop, and manage new client business relationships that drive sales and brand awareness
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained by the sales team to build a satisfied and loyal customer base
Develop new marketing partnerships that will raise brand awareness through proactive outreach and network building
Initiate and organize corporate events to widen our corporate client base

We want to speak with you if you are/have –

At least 5 years of experience developing, leading, and retaining a high-performing sales team
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Excellent operational and analytical abilities
Comfortable with a very fast-paced start-up environment
