    Roles & Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily business operations and contributing to project-based initiatives, setting the stage for a rewarding career in energy market operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the middle office to ensure seamless operations, enhancing our market effectiveness.

    Generate and disseminate daily reports.

    Oversee post-trade execution activities, including accurate trade entry into our systems and the efficient delivery of trade confirmations.

    Address and resolve trade discrepancies and queries promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

    Maintain meticulous records of trade transactions, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.

    Build expertise in our product offerings to enhance operational support and client engagement.

    Help to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and solidifying client relationships.

    *Qualifications:*

    Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.

    Demonstrate proactive attitude and a strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile for team success.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure.

    Be oriented with strong critical thinking and attention to details.

    Singapore citizenship or Permanent Resident status in Singapore or Japanese citizenship or permanent Resident status in Japan.
