Job Description:
- Establish effective and efficient processes to ensure timely and comprehensive management of all tax matters
- Advise and develop tax efficient structures for acquisitions, divestment, financing and crossborder transactions
- Oversee implementation and management of tax related projects
- Identify and manage tax risks / opportunities
- Partner closely with business leaders to identify tax planning opportunities and provide tax guidance on business initiatives.
- Support tax audits and managing tax disputes
Requirements:
- Degree major in Finance / Accountancy
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Big 4 accounting firm and commercial MNC
- Proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing.
- Meticulous, independent, a creative thinker and possess strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
