    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Providing daily secretarial and administrative support.
    • Assisting with the preparation of court and legal documents.
    • Organizing and filing court documents via e-Litigation.
    • Assisting in drafting of correspondences court documents.
    • Update the file records.
    • Handling incoming calls, correspondences and confidential documents.
    • Managing calendars, court hearings, meetings and appointments.
    • Assisting lawyer in handling customer's enquiries.
    • Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents.
    • Preparing invoices.
    • Completing and submitting of claims.

    Requirements

    • A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
    • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Good organisation skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must be hard-working, committed and an ability to multi-task.
    • Preferably minimum two (2) years' experience in legal secretarial experience etc.
    • Possess knowledge of E-filing will be an advantage.
