- To ensure smooth running of Singapore Global Markets trading floor
(Administration, IT Setups, Staff Onboarding and Offboarding, Risk & Control) - To ensure the facilities and systems in SNG office are functional and well-maintained to meet the needs of staff and support business operations
- To ensure proper and smooth onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers and transferees, as well as assistance to Management Team of GMTAP when required
- To ensure proper maintenance of annual CPD training records and qualifications required of MAS-registered representatives in compliance to regulations and internal policies
- To ensure SNG office's credit facilities are maintained and renewed in accordance with Credit Department's policy and business needs of Trading and Banking group
- To ensure SNG office is functional and able to continue business in the event of a disaster or business disruption
- Good bachelor degree.
- 5 - 7 years experience in office business Administrator.
- Good team player with strong ethics
- Understanding of Global Markets function
