Description
They are looking for a Client Experience Manager to report to the Marketing Manager.Your regional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Defining the client targeting, journey and engagement implementation plans
- Creating strategic online and offline activities and tools to create a service of excellence
- Analyzing and establishing new customer retention strategies to implement in stores to increase the sales revenues
- Working closely with the Retail, Product, Marketing, Visual Merchandising teams to put in place a coherent, efficient and targeted branding strategy and client experience
- Generating market insights to identify opportunities
- A business or marketing degree
- 5 to 8 years of Client Experience, Customer Development roles in Singapore from luxury brands
- Strong communication skills as you would work with many different shareholders
- Ability to multi task and be efficient and organized
