Description
Lead a team of customer servicer officers;

  • Maintain good relationship with company's key channel customers;
  • Work closely with company's other department's like lastmile delivery team, warehouse team in order to provide excellent service quality to customers;
- responsible to monitor the "pre-sell" and "after-sell" cases are resolved;

  • Ensure to work accurately and timely as SOP and KPI;
