About the Division:
The faculty in the Leadership, Management, and Organization division regularly publish in the top management journals including
_Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review_,
_Journal of Applied Psychology_,
_Organization Science_, and
_Strategic Management Journal_, among others.

The division also includes several faculty who hold or have held associate and chief editor at major management and psychology journals.

Current interest areas among our research faculty include social networks, work transitions and adjustment, turnover, cultural intelligence, well-being, financial incentives, leadership, ethics, and teams.
