Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst specializing in Credit Applications to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description:

Understand business requirements and how the proposed system enhancements will address these requirements while assessing impact to existing application functionality
Working alongside with product owner to establish business needs and convert them into technical requirements.
Guide the Development Team on building the required solution.
Spearhead various data mapping sessions for Interfaces
Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily stand-ups, lead grooming sessions, author user stories, attend sprint planning sessions, provide feedback in retrospectives.
Be engaged throughout the whole project life cycle, from Inception through post-production Transition.
Maintain all required project documentation to a high standard for audit readiness
Prepare test cases for test automation
Software testing to ensure deliverables met acceptance criteria before release for UAT.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech Business Analyst role within financial institutions.
Domain knowledge and work experience on Credit Applications.
Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of relational data base and able to write SQL scripts would be preferred.
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process/system architecture/data structure design skills.
Able to translate user requirements and analysis into technical requirements, and solution to meet objectives.
Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams
