The incumbent will be responsible strive to achieve and drive profitable revenue and growth by identifying new customer targets and seizing opportunities.
They are currently expanding their business in Singapore and is seeking for talents to join their expansion plan as a Business Development Manager
.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a sales development strategy, taking into account the organization's capabilities, trade lanes, and business plan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and cultivate unique selling points that will enhance new customer acquisitions and customer retention
- Conduct business reviews, analyze opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying updated on supply and demand, evolving trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Ensure seamless business implementation, including the smooth handover of SOPs to operations, and continuously monitor compliance
The Talent
- Minimum of 58 years of Business Development managment experience in air / sea / logistics
- Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions will be an advantage
