Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA) – Day Rate Contract for a multi-year project.

Our Client is a leading Global MNC.

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual experienced in SAP HANA and Salesforce to spearhead process improvements in our client's order management system. This role requires a blend of business analysis and technical expertise, particularly in implementing SAP S/4 HANA. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving process enhancements, focusing on SAP and Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, focusing on business analysis and process optimization.

Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, particularly in SAP order management through the Salesforce portal.

Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HANA and Salesforce.

Develop comprehensive functional specifications and design documents, including wireframes and flowcharts, to facilitate data sharing across the organization.

Oversee the development process, ensuring alignment with specifications and validating functionality of the end product.

Support change and configuration management throughout the implementation process.

Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports to facilitate system understanding and usage.

Map business requirements to the selected solution/system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Drive future state process improvements, particularly in the context of commodity trading and mining industries.

Ensure a thorough understanding of end-to-end process flows, addressing pain points and implementing enhancements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in energy or mining trading industries is advantageous.

Proficiency in SAP HANA and Salesforce integration.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.

Experience in creating functional specifications and designing systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across business and technical teams.
