    Sales Admin Assistant

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin Assistant responsible for a range of administrative tasks including billing, payments, documentation, inventory management, and more.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Support administrative duties for sales, purchase, billings, and payments.

    · Submit insurance quotation.

    · Prepare documents for car registration.

    · Conduct bi-weekly COE bidding.

    · Compute monthly sales commission.

    · Prepare bank loan documents and invoices.

    · Inventory stock updates.

    · Other Ad hoc

    Job Requirements:

    · Minimum GCE "0" Level/ Office Administration Certification

    · Minimum 3 years of working experience

    · Bookkeeping and HR experience will be an advantage.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel

    · Familiar with Infotech is an advantage but not a must.

    · Good communication skills, independent and a team player.

    · Fresh Diploma holder is welcome to apply.

    · Preferrable able to start work immediately.
