- Deliver the Monthly and Weekly Maintenance and Calibration plan.
- Deliver the Shutdown planning integrating all Projects task, Rectification works, Corrective works.
- Identify critical path of Shut down execution and resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks.
- Schedule adherence of equipment handover between TS/operations team
- Coordination with TS/VS/QC technical executive and management on vendor onsite and external services
- Host Weekly coordination meetings
- Participation in Site Strategic projects
- Degree or diploma in engineering discipline.
- 5 years of working experience on planning and scheduling with manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Problem Solving
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite of application especially MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of cGMP for pharmaceutical manufacture. (Mandatory)
- Knowledge on SAP system
- Knowledge on Learning Management System such as Mylearning.
- Pharma background (preferred)
