    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    The Corporate Secretarial Senior/Supervisor will be handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and ensures that all company matters of clients are handled.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Providing corporate secretarial services to a range of clients;
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Review work of corporate secretarial assistant
    • Handle full set of corporate secretarial matters, such as, preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients' company, online submission with ACRA, updating statutory registers and minute book etc.
    • Communicate with clients independently;
    • Able to handle incorporation of companies, striking off companies, etc independently
    • Prepare statutory forms/returns to ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms with IRAS;
    • Ensure ACRA filing deadlines are met;
    • ·Responsible for the lodgement of documents using the electronic filing system ("Bizfile") including preparation of financial statements, XBRL and Annual Returns filing
    • Responsible in obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm
    • Diploma in law or ICSA qualification (an added advantage but not essential);
    • Good understanding of the Singapore Company Act
    • Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, proactive and ability to work as team.
    • Able to act as QI (an added advantage but not essential)
    • Good computer skills;
    • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
