Responsibilities:


  • Lead the execution of all internal and external events under the GCFO office. This includes the annual Regional CEO Forum, the annual Regional CFO Forum, the quarterly GCFO Townhalls, the annual staff functions (D&D and teambuilding events), the annual strategy offsites and bimonthly engagement activities for all staff.
  • Assist in the endtoend process of event planning, ranging from event briefs, research, approvals, invitee & speaker management, venue setup, event design, onsite support, production management (audiovisual, virtual event management), budget management and postevent analysis.
  • Effectively manage external vendors and venues on all eventrelated matters.
  • Effectively manage internal stakeholders on all eventrelated matters.
  • Manage and keep track of event budgets with a view to cost efficiency.
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures with regards to reporting activities and spend, compliance regulations, approval processes and ensuring appropriate documentation is in place
  • Manage corporate calendar of events.
  • Lead in office welfare initiatives including (a) creating / curating various care / appreciation packs and welcome swag packs for newcomers and (b) stocking up office pantry with refreshments to energise Team GCFO.

Requirements:


  • Polytechnic Diploma in any field
  • Experience in events management or planning with at least 1 year experience
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate well and present to all levels of management
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in collaborating effectively across internal stakeholders, different regions and with vendors
  • Ability to multitask in a timepressured environment
