- Support the design and execution of SIA Foundation's strategic roadmap, sourcing for new opportunities, and monitor the progress of activities and evaluate their impact.
- Develop workplan and implement pilot programs that are consistent with the Foundation's mission.
- Engage and build relationships with various stakeholders, including business units, donors, potential partners, community members, grantees and policymakers to secure support for the Foundation's initiatives.
- Plan and prepare the Foundation's budget, track expenses and prepare relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct regular review of policies, systems and processes to ensure activities are conducted with proper governance and compliance to legal regulations.
- Execute marketing and communications plan, including developing content and relevant assets for a range of platforms activities. Coordinate with Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing Units to establish a strong band reputation for the Foundation.
- Support other day-to-day activities related to Foundation's operations including managing of volunteers and facilitating trainings when required.
- Possess a University Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a corporate foundation setup or performed corporate social responsibility (CSR) work
- Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus
- Strong critical thinking & analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Independent and self-starter
- Resilient and able to handle ambiguity
