- Deploy and improve standards and business processes for Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) in our semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
- Manage the execution of planned modifications using established methodologies.
- Understand and maintain the E3 System for Quality driving.
- Manage FDC SWAT projects.
- Ensure best-known methods (BKM) sharing and alignment across all functional areas and sites.
- Proven understanding of a wide variety of applied statistical methods, including statistical sampling methodology, SPC, DOE, and regression analysis.
- Develop global FDC metrics for benchmarking performance and track compliance.
- Strong project management skills in multi-functional departments and countries.
- Proficiency in Tableau, JMP or other analytical tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Engineering with an emphasis in Applied Statistics.
- At least 3 years of Quality Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry applying statistical methods.
