    Job Responsibilities
    • Responsible for supporting the execution of Trade Distribution, Insurance and Multi-lateral Portfolio Distribution strategy across the Asia & Oceania region with close coordination with Tokyo HO team.
    • Responsible for managing and monitoring RWA as well as improving the RoRA, NIM and limit utilization of Trade Assets through sell down / distribution and Insurance / ECA. Responsible for compiling transactional statistic and activity reports on a monthly basis
    • Responsible to support and execute the FI and Corporate distribution of Trade risk across the region. Regular interaction and dialogue with RMs and GTBD Sales teams to ensure that the Trade distribution, Insurance and Multi-lateral Portfolio capabilities are well understood and the RMs and GTBD sales are able leverage it grow the business.
    • Responsible to develop, improve and execute trade insurance solutions for the bank and the clients in the region. The day-to-day activities will include managing the trade insurance policies including new master and deal specific policies, renewals, policy reviews and claims process - work with Insurance Brokers and Trade Credit Insurance companies to build the capability as well as building and implementing the internal processes and procedures to manage this end-to-end.
    • Responsible for assisting the build the Portfolio Trade Distribution capabilities with multilateral organizations.
    • Responsible for ensuring that the Trade Distribution, Insurance and Multi-lateral Portfolio capabilities are Fit for Purpose and seamlessly work with Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, Operation, Treasury and Trade Product Development team towards this. Responsible for managing the secondary market pricing and circulating to the GTBD sales and RM teams.
    • Responsible for working with stakeholders to optimize products efficiencies via system enhancements, process improvements and new innovative initiatives.


    Job Requirements
    • 10 years of Banking experience with 7 years in Trade Finance, 3 years in Insurance
    • Trade Distribution experience including Insurance is highly desirable, good trade product management experience with be an advantage
    • Graduate, post graduate degree would be an advantage
    • Ability to work in a matrix organization including using influencing skill to drive business
    • Bias for action and ability to get things done; Perseverant, Analytical and ability to manage ambiguity
