- Improve Shopfloor systematic and work with area owners to address any gap closure
- Co-ordinate operation training need s and reporting
- Identify Non-value add tasks and propose possible automation application
- Support ongoing Engineering competency program (Competency index, Engineering curriculum, etc) Learning outcomes:
- Strengthen your project management, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Gain hands-on experience in operation environment in a multinational company
- Get exposure to various aspects of Operation such as Training and Competency development, time management, automation application tools, etc You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- On track to attain Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering or similar disciplines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good IT savvy attributes
- Excellent project organizing and execution skills
- Automation & system design skills will be an added advantage
