    Description
    System administrator (Procure To Pay (P2P) System IF) Description
  • Adhere to Group Procurement Policy, Standards and Procedures, for governance and controls.
  • Create rapport and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders & external vendors.
  • Conduct due diligent check on vendor periodically (biennial assessment & also before on-boarding)
  • Create, update and manage user IDs and assigns roles to users in P2P system. Including creation of custom roles and perform annual system access review.
  • Manage agreements and catalogue content including of maintenance in P2P system.
  • Manage set up of e-bidding and/or reverse auction events.
  • Run/Extract audit/statistical reports from P2P system.
  • Responsible for technical aspects of keeping procurement applications systems availability and workflow.
  • Perform system setup tasks such as accounting ledger, procurement configurations, procurement agents etc and other administrative operations.
  • Maintaining user's (cost centre) budget updating.
  • Gather issues from users and provide Level 1 support, including raising service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors in driving ESG initiatives.
    • Qualifications
  • High personal integrity with a degree in business and any other related degree.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision as well as the occasional long hours.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
  • Team player, able to communicate effectively and good interpersonal skills, able to work under stress to meet deadlines and good in time management.
